2006 Mazda3 s Hatchback - Near Perfect, Only 54K in Toronto, ON

Have needed to get back and forth to work - distance has always been very short. Mileage is mostly from moving LA/Vancouver, a couple road trips up and down the coast and then Vancouver/Toronto. Car has barely been touched more than once or twice a month during the last year here in Toronto (subway is too convenient). It's really an amazing car - haven't had a single issue and I never worry that I would.
All maintenance records back to 2006 available including:
-new set of all season tires 11/09
-recent safety & emissions certification, oil change & new driver side headlight (all completed week of 04/11)
-detailing & wash/wax (with a 6-month guarantee) completed 04/18
Any significant maintenance (tune-ups, brake pads etc.) were done through a Mazda dealership.
