Low kilometers jaguar x-type in Toronto, ON

This 2003 jaguar is fully loaded,it has 28,000 km,on engine and transmission,the thing that's wrong with this car is it not changing gear,I've spoken with a few jaguar people and they say it could be it needs a ecu or something as simple as a wire not being connected,it drives and everything else,so it's being sold as is,if you love luxury a little tlc and you will have a very nice car,
